Owner is a very nice man, my kids and i got there around 1030am he let us check in early with no extra charge and he also let me and my 14 and 8 year old just get a king size bedroom so it qould be cheaper its hard to take my kids on vacation as a single mom and he helped out so we had a place to put our stuff change for the water park and already know we had a room to come back to the building is old but its a clean place to stay thank mister you made my morning i was tired driving with the kids and worried we would have to wait till 3pm to check in somewhere we would have been changing in the car to go to ths water park but your kindness helped me out
For the price it was very nice. The rooms inside were much nicer than I had expected.
Be sure to be nice to these people, they are very very nice. If you go stay there be sure to say hello to your room service attendant. He's the best. Pam and her husband are so friendly . I loved staying here.

Well I really haven’t stayed here since I was very young which was a lifetime ago sometimes I just think about my grandfather who owned this place when it was brand new like before my time. I think it was the 50’s or 60’s so for me it always makes me smile. Ol hard hearted Henry Hanna
The place was the only one I found after hurricane Irma, so I wasn't expecting much. I was surprised by the kindness of the lady who checked me in. I got this kind of 2nd floor suite that I could see the beach from and was comfortable. Some of the other guests were loud or frankly creepy but you get that in Daytona.

Who says Oceanview is expensive? Stay here on the second floor and there it is. Clean rooms and friendly service. Rooms have ashtrays.

I just got to Daytona. Another hotel double booked me and I had no where to go. This Company helped me and let me stay at there hotel . It was a great price for last min and I enjoyed there room.
